Brooklyn Banks Closing

Some sad news… Later this year the Brooklyn Banks, one of skateboarding’s most legendary spots, will be closing down and put to a new use as a staging area for the Brooklyn Bridge reconstruction. No specific date has been set for when it will close, but the construction is estimated to last until 2014. Get there while you can!

Thanks to Maximillian Menacher and Adam Putnam from Project Bushwick for letting us use share these photos!
