Famous Stars and Straps has just announced that Jereme Rogers is no longer a part of the team. It seems like the news about Jereme hasn’t stopped after his recent rooftop incident. Last I checked, he’s still listed on their site under family – but Transworld has posted the word from Famous:
We run a true skateboarding program at Famous, we are always on tour filming for our video, doing demos, competing etc. We support our riders’ ambitions, but skateboarding needs to always comes first.
Good luck J!
I don’t blame them for dropping him, but at the same time I’d like to point out that they haven’t put skating first as a company – their “family” also includes DJ’s, fighters, and tattoo artists – which makes it sound like Jereme would be a perfect fit.
maybe this will be a blessing. Thats a lame company anyways.
[...] Later he posted that the article actually drops Monday. Obviously he’s headed in a strange direction that doesn’t include skateboarding, but I still think he could fit in with Famous. [...]
