The Berrics is about to enjoy the benefits of a facelift by California RampWorks. It sounds like things will feel more solid with the addition of some concrete elements.

There was tons of custom steel fabrication on this project because we are using our hybrid construction techniques that allow us to build concrete structures indoors without damaging the existing building by incorporating wood, steel, concrete, and Styrofoam into the design.
